  • If you would like to upgrade your membership to an extra large area or an additional area, you can do so for just $75. Totalling $200 + hst per month.

  • For the duration of your membership, you'll visit us consistently every 5 weeks for your treatments. Even if there is no visible regrowth, it's important to continue with your scheduled sessions to ensure the most effective results and to target any remaining hair follicles at different growth stages. Staying on track with your treatments will help you achieve smooth, long-lasting results.

  • To ensure the best results from your laser hair removal treatment, we recommend preparing your skin as follows:

    1. Exfoliate the Skin: Gently exfoliate the treatment area before your appointment to remove dead skin cells, which helps the laser energy target the hair follicles more effectively.

    2. Shave the Night Before: Shave the treatment area the night before your session, ensuring the hair is close to the skin but not too short. Avoid shaving the day of your appointment to reduce skin irritation.

    By following these steps, you'll help optimize the effectiveness of your treatment for smoother, long-lasting results.

  • Can I switch areas?
    No, unfortunately, once you begin treatment on a specific area, you will need to continue with that area for the duration of your membership.


    Can I tan?
    While we are able to treat all skin types and colors, it's important to note that having an active tan, using tanning beds, or applying self-tanners can affect the treatment. Please notify us if you are planning to visit a hot climate or have recently been exposed to the sun. It's best to avoid tanning before your laser treatment to ensure optimal results and minimize the risk of adverse reaction.

    Can I cancel my membership?
    You have a 30-day grace period to cancel your membership. After this period, if you wish to cancel, a $300 cancellation fee will apply.
